Position: Welder/Fabricator
Location: Liverpool (Workshop Based)
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week + Regular OT
Pay: Competitive rate of pay (DOE)
Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their workshop team. This role would suit a skilled individual who takes pride in their workmanship, can accurately read fabrication drawings, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment producing structural steelwork and bespoke fabrications.
- Welding and fabricating structural steel and bespoke components
- Working from fabrication and engineering drawings
- MIG, ARC and TIG welding to a high standard
- Ensuring work meets quality, safety, and specification requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
- Working as part of a close-knit team to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator
- Competent in MIG welding (essential)
- Experience in ARC and TIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Experience with structural steelwork and bespoke fabrication
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications
- Experience in a workshop-based manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
