About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, your role is central to the smooth running of our home. You'll lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, personalised care, while inspiring, developing and nurturing them to be their best every day. You'll receive full training in digital care systems, helping you work more efficiently and focus on what matters most - clinical excellence and outstanding care for our residents.
