Salary: £42,000 + Company Van or Car Allowance
Scope of Works
The successful Site Manager will oversee a wide range of internal and external works, including:
- Internal Works
- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom installations
- Electrical Testing
- Painting & decorating works
- Door and roofing installations
- Environmental works
- Fire Risk Assessments
Role Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
