Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage site operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with the site staff and sub contractors.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on-site.
- Manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Weekend work may be required and will include overtime compensation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- CSCS/ SMSTS/ First aid/ Asbestos Awareness.
