About the Role:
Our client is seeking a hands-on and client-facing Site Manager with a strong background in interior fit out. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team delivering high-spec refurbishments and new build projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering projects to high standards, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple quick-turnaround jobs. This role requires someone confident in managing fast-track fit out works, who can liaise directly with clients on a daily basis and ensure high-quality standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations for interior fit out and refurbishment projects across a variety of facilities including: Offices, lounges, showers, toilets, and more.
- Deliver projects ranging in value from £25k up to £150k.
- Oversee a wide range of works including: high-spec fit outs, civils, cladding, demolition, new builds, extensions, joinery, partitioning, flooring, and storage sheds.
- Provide strong leadership and daily coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely project delivery, often within 4-5 week cycles.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in interior fit out and fast-track refurbishment projects.
- Trade background in joinery or partitioning highly desirable.
- Must be client-facing, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple subcontractors and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and project specifications.
