We are currently seeking experienced Steel Erectors for an immediate start on a project based in Fargate, Sheffield. The role involves erecting structural steelwork on-site while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Erecting structural steel components in line with drawings and specifications
- Bolting, leveling, and aligning steel frames
- Working safely at height and adhering strictly to site health & safety procedures
- Coordinating with site supervisors, crane operators, and other trades
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Steel Erector
- Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret structural and assembly drawings
- Good understanding of on-site health and safety regulations
- IPAF / PASMA / Slinger Signaller (advantageous but not essential)
- Full PPE
- Strong work ethic and reliability
