Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Semi-Skilled Labourer to assist on a school refurbishment project in Sheffield.
/n
The role will involve general labouring duties, including moving desks and assisting flooring subcontractors with the preparation of areas ready for new flooring to be installed.
/n
Duties & Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Moving desks and furniture to allow works to take place.
/n
- Assisting flooring subcontractors with preparation works.
/n
- Ripping up and removing existing flooring.
/n
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe.
/n
- Moving materials and waste around site.
/n
- Supporting trades and subcontractors as required.
/n
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
/n
/n
Requirements
/n
/n
- Previous labouring experience.
/n
- Experience with refurbishment or similar projects preferred.
/n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
/n
- Valid CSCS card and PPE required.
/n
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
/n
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
/n
/n
