We're looking for a proactive, technically minded Service Delivery Compliance Supervisor to help drive performance across a busy fire security service operation. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, solving problems, and keeping service teams running smoothly, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You'll Do
- Oversee reactive service calls from start to finish
- Make sure jobs are logged, prioritised and scheduled correctly
- Provide technical guidance on faults, parts and remedial actions
- Create and manage quotes for remedial works and upgrades
- Keep SLAs on track and improve first-time fix rates
- Support PPM planning and ensure documentation is uploaded on time
- Lead, coach and support service coordinators and planners
- Handle escalations and keep service delivery moving
- Contribute technical input to tenders and new contract mobilisation
