We're looking for a proactive, technically minded Service Delivery Compliance Supervisor to help drive performance across a busy fire security service operation. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, solving problems, and keeping service teams running smoothly, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee reactive service calls from start to finish
  • Make sure jobs are logged, prioritised and scheduled correctly
  • Provide technical guidance on faults, parts and remedial actions
  • Create and manage quotes for remedial works and upgrades
  • Keep SLAs on track and improve first-time fix rates
  • Support PPM planning and ensure documentation is uploaded on time
  • Lead, coach and support service coordinators and planners
  • Handle escalations and keep service delivery moving
  • Contribute technical input to tenders and new contract mobilisation
