Job Purpose
To lead, manage, and deliver infrastructure and engineering designs for residential housing developments. You will oversee projects from initial land acquisition through to site completion, ensuring all engineering solutions are cost-effective, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Design: Manage civil and structural designs for roads, drainage, sewers, and foundations.
- Adoptions Agreements: Secure timely Section 38, Section 278, and Section 104 legal agreements with local authorities and water companies.
- Consultant Management: Appoint, brief, and manage external engineering consultants to ensure high-quality outputs and project delivery.
- Value Engineering: Review architectural and engineering layouts to identify cost savings, efficiencies, and buildability improvements.
- Site Support: Provide immediate technical advice and engineering solutions to site managers to resolve active site issues.
- Pre-Acquisition Support: Assess new land opportunities for engineering constraints, abnormal costs, drainage viability, and development risks.
