Our client is a well-established regional main contractor based in Salford, delivering construction projects across the North West. They specialise in working with Blue Light services and Public Sector clients, with typical project values up to £500K (and occasionally higher). The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Obtaining, analysing, and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Producing full cost breakdowns and supporting tender submissions
- Liaising with internal teams, architects, and clients throughout the tender process
- Demonstrating strong commercial awareness and cost control
- Maintaining clear and organised records of estimates and quotations
About You
- Some experience in construction estimating (contractor-side preferred)
