Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Obtaining, analysing, and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Producing full cost breakdowns and supporting tender submissions
- Liaising with internal teams, architects, and clients throughout the tender process
- Demonstrating strong commercial awareness and cost control
- Maintaining clear and organised records of estimates and quotations

- Some experience in construction estimating (contractor-side preferred)
