About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established 40-bed residential care home supporting adult residents, including those living with dementia. This maternity cover role is ideal for a confident leader who can maintain high standards of care, compliance, and team performance within a supportive and stable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Provide strong, visible leadership to the care team
- Maintain and enhance high standards of person-centred care
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and resident wellbeing
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance
