Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Salary: Β£46,000 β Β£56,000 DOE + 15% quarterly performance bonus

What We're Looking For in the Registered Home Manager:
You will be a confident and compassionate leader, with a strong understanding of compliance, people management, and delivering excellent standards of care.
Essential:
3+ years in a management role in a care home
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Willingness to work towards NVQ 5 or 7 (or already a registered nurse)
Proficient with basic IT systems (email, Word, Excel)
Driver with own transport
Live within 30 miles or 30 minutes of the home
Preferred:
Completed NVQ Level 5 and/or 7
