Responsibilities:
- Manage site managers and coordinate day-to-day site operations
- Conduct health & safety inspections, including regular site assessments
- Ensure project progress meets deadlines
- Attend site on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
- Oversee site operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
- Deliver site meetings with all management and subcontractors
- Liaise with the client in a professional manner
