Our client, a well-established Main Contractor based in Liverpool, is looking to appoint an Estimator to join their growing Construction team. The business delivers a wide range of projects, predominantly within the Education sector, with project values typically ranging from £500k to £1m.

The successful candidate will support the pre-construction function and play a key role in the tendering process, helping to secure projects within tight turnaround times, typically 2-3 days.

  • Sending out subcontractor and supplier enquiries
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
  • Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams throughout the tender process
  • Assisting with pricing analysis and cost comparisons
  • Working on projects primarily within the Education sector
  • Supporting the delivery of competitive tenders on projects valued between £500k-£1m

Office-based role in Liverpool with occasional work-from-home flexibility available.
