Time Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a long-established, privately owned, multi-disciplined property organisation based in Alderley Edge. Our client manages an extensive UK commercial portfolio exceeding 7 million sq ft, including offices, industrial units, retail schemes and leisure developments, alongside a smaller residential portfolio. We are now seeking an experienced Portfolio Surveyor to join their Portfolio Management team.

The Role

As a Portfolio Surveyor, you will take responsibility for a defined portfolio of commercial properties, working closely with internal teams across Building Surveying, Facilities Management, Accounts and Rating. You'll act as the primary point of contact for occupiers, ensuring a proactive, professional and high-quality service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiation, communicates confidently and has a meticulous eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all professional property matters within your allocated portfolio, including lease renewals, rent reviews, break options, assignments and sub-lettings.
  • Serve as the main occupier contact, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
