Personal Injury Associate / Team Leader – Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days in office, including 2 Wednesdays/month)
Are you a seasoned Personal Injury Solicitor ready to take the next step into leadership? I'm working with a modern, values-driven law firm in Manchester to find a talented Personal Injury Associate/Team Leader who's passionate about both technical excellence and team development.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident litigator with a solid background in EL/PL, Occupiers' Liability, and RTA work across Portal, Intermediate, and Multi-Track levels. You'll manage a high-quality caseload (approx. 110-130 files) while also playing a key role in mentoring and supporting a small but growing team.
You'll have the chance to shape processes, contribute to team strategy, and be part of a firm that values your voice.
