Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week programme. The successful candidate will manage fire door replacement works, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and ensure all site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the replacement of approximately 150 fire doors, including all associated making-good works
- Ensure all works comply with fire door regulations and quality standards
- Manage documentation, including completing and obtaining permits
- Conduct daily site checks and produce daily reports
- Oversee plant management and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate labour and maintain smooth workflow on site
