Team Leader - Personal Injury (Multi-Track Focus)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days in office, including two Wednesdays/month)

I'm working with a highly regarded Manchester-based law firm to recruit a Team Leader - Personal Injury with strong Multi-Track experience. This is a confidential opportunity to step into a leadership role within a genuinely friendly and collaborative team that places a huge emphasis on employee wellbeing, development, and culture.
The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor with 6-12 years' PQE who is ready to take on a leadership position. You'll handle a high-quality caseload of EL/PL/OL and RTA matters, primarily Multi-Track, while also supervising and mentoring one fee earner and one trainee solicitor. The role includes dedicated time for team development and process improvement.
The team is known for being personable, close-knit, and supportive-they're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and brings a positive, approachable leadership style.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small but growing team (1 fee earner + 1 trainee)
- Manage a high-quality caseload of personal injury claims, mainly Multi-Track
- Provide mentoring, training, and casework guidance
- Contribute to team development and operational improvements
- Attend monthly in-person team meetings and file clinics (Wednesdays)
- Work 2 days per week in the Manchester office as part of a flexible hybrid model
