We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide confidential administrative and executive support to the Managing Directors. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of diaries, meetings, communications, travel arrangements, and business documentation, allowing senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules for the Managing Directors.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
