Scope of Works
1. Wall Preparation & Painting
- Surface: Standard plaster-finished walls
- Preparation:
- Fill holes and surface imperfections
- Sand surfaces to achieve a smooth finish
- Finish:
- Apply off-white acrylic eggshell paint
- Ensure even coverage and clean edges
2. Woodwork Preparation & Painting
- Surfaces: Skirting boards, architraves, window sills
- Preparation:
- Sanding and cleaning of all woodwork
- Priming where necessary
- Finish:
- Apply white gloss paint
- Ensure high-quality, durable finish
Materials
- Off-white acrylic eggshell paint for walls
- White gloss paint for woodwork
- Fillers, sandpaper, primer, masking tape, and other necessary consumables
Health & Safety
- All work to be carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Area to be kept clean and tidy during and after works
