Job Opportunity: 2x Painters Needed – London (SE12)
Location: Colfe's School, London SE12 8AW
Start Date: Monday, 21st July
Duration: Monday to Wednesday
Time Recruitment Solutions are looking for two experienced painters for a short-term project at Colfe's School in South East London. This is a great opportunity for reliable decorators to work on a well-organised site with clear specifications.
Scope of Work:
- Decorating 2 laboratory rooms (drawings and dimensions will be provided)
- Surface prep: Rub down and fill areas of loose paint on walls and exposed woodwork
- Painting:
- Apply two coats of acrylic eggshell white paint to all walls
- Apply undercoat and top gloss coat to all exposed woodwork including architraves, doors, and skirting (excluding windows)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting and decorating
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed drawings/specs
- Must be eligible for CIS payment
