Job Description
Due to continued demand our client situated in Rochdale require several Order Pickers to support their e-commerce business through into 2026.
The role will include the following:
– Collating customer orders
– Checking orders prior to despatch
– Using a PC to log despatch and create delivery notes
– Making up protective packaging to safeguard customer orders.
– Palletise stock ready for despatch.
– Using scanners
Please note that you will be working on a bench and will have daily/weekly targets to achieve.
It is a fast-moving environment, and you will be expected to work by yourself or part of a team.
A good level of numeracy and literacy is required.
Hours of work: 8am-4pm Monday to Friday with overtime on Saturday or Sunday
Please be aware these hours are subject to change around Black Friday and closer to Christmas.
Safety boots and a hi-vis vest are essential for this position.
