Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their workshop team.

This role would suit a skilled individual who takes pride in their workmanship, can accurately read fabrication drawings, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment producing structural steelwork and bespoke fabrications.

  • Welding and fabricating structural steel and bespoke components
  • Working from fabrication and engineering drawings
  • MIG, ARC and TIG welding to a high standard
  • Ensuring work meets quality, safety, and specification requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to meet production deadlines
  • Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator
  • Competent in MIG welding (essential)
  • Experience in ARC and TIG welding
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
  • Experience with structural steelwork and bespoke fabrication
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications
  • Experience in a workshop-based manufacturing environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
