We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in order processing, issuing credit notes, and managing deliveries via various courier platforms. This role also involves managing customer credits, ensuring smooth communication with the warehouse team, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be highly organized, able to work well under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while supporting a wide range of administrative and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Opening and distributing daily post, ordering company stationery as required, recording all cheques and posting to the bank.
- Sales Administration: Process orders from TJX, Proper Job, and Machine Mart, from order receipt to invoicing, including managing credits and related paperwork; oversee Toolbank orders and manage the back-order system; handle all Zoro order processing, delivery, and credit queries; process and manage all ecommerce orders; organise dispatch of Irish orders using courier portals; process sales orders as requested by the sales team; manage pro-forma payment transactions via virtual terminal or Worldpay link; provide holiday cover for all sales administration positions.
- Amazon Administration: Process Amazon orders, invoice via Sage 200, and organise dispatch through Vendor Central.
