Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial insurance broking activities, including new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Prepare detailed and accurate market submissions and renewal review reports
- Work closely with Account Executives and Directors to achieve new business and client retention targets
- Support prospecting initiatives through research, client profiling and proactive outreach
- Secure competitive cover at renewal, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and insurer enquiries
- Maintain an organised diary system to efficiently manage renewals, documentation and account queries
