Role: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Deeside
Job: Vet Fit Out
Responsibilties:
Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors and students.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or violations promptly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project.
Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and requirements.
Serve as the main primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, including the client, subcontractors, and project team members.
Provie clear and concise progress updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Start Date: 23rd February
Duration: 44 weeks
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7am-4:30pm
Rate: £250 a day
Certificates Required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
