The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the next phase of a major hotel fit-out in Leeds. This is a 12-month contract overseeing a 130-bed development, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations during Phase 2 of the hotel fit-out
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme milestones
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and temporary works requirements
  • Coordinate structural elements and temporary works
  • Maintain strong communication with project teams and stakeholders
