Start Date: ASAP, subject to completion of DBS checks

The Role
/n
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a £24 million project in Guildford, working alongside another Site Manager to support the successful delivery and completion of the project.
/n
This is a long-term opportunity, with an immediate start available subject to the required DBS checks.
/n
Key Requirements
/n
/n
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects.
/n
- SMSTS certification.
/n
- Asbestos Awareness certification.
/n
- Fire Marshall certification.
/n
- Black CSCS Card.
/n
- Strong understanding of site health, safety and compliance requirements.
/n
- Ability to work collaboratively alongside another Site Manager and the wider project team.
/n
- Must be a British National due to security requirements.
/n
