About the Clinical Lead Role
We are seeking an experienced RGN Clinical Lead to oversee clinical practice within the general nursing unit. You will take responsibility for the care of elderly, frail, palliative and mild dementia residents, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence. This Clinical Lead role offers rare flexibility, including the opportunity to choose your own working hours and operate on a supernumerary basis.
