My Client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join the team in Southport in their 40 bed Residential Care Home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior carer or existing deputy manager looking to take the next step in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

About the Role of Deputy Manager

• 44 hours per week
• 3 × 12-hour shifts on the floor (8am-8pm)
• 1 supernumerary shift per week
• Weekend working included on a rota basis
• On-call duties shared across the management team
• £15 per hour

As Deputy Home Manager, you\’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, supporting the Home Manager with day-to-day operations, and leading by example on the floor.
