Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join their team at an excellent nursing home based in Brackley. The home is medium sized with 66 beds across 2 floors and caters for dementia, mental health conditions and physical disability. The home boasts a Good CQC.
You will oversee a team of well-trained nursing, care, and support staff and be joining an experienced management team. The provider is an innovative, family-run care company with a mission to provide the highest standard of person-centred care to all residents across their 30+ homes and services. They are an award-winning provider who have been ranked in the top 20 care providers nationally. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining the exceptional care standards at our facility.
Clinical Lead duties will include:- Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.
- Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.
- A valid NMC Pin
- Experience working as a Clinical Lead/Nurse Manager
- Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
