Site Manager / Working Foreman - Birmingham Projects
Are you a hands-on leader with strong site management skills and a passion for keeping projects on track?
We have two exciting, fast-paced projects launching next week in Birmingham-on Waterloo Street and Temple Street-that need a dedicated Site Manager who's also comfortable stepping in as a working foreman.
These projects demand someone who can confidently utilise tools like Breadcrumb and Procore for seamless site coordination while still rolling up their sleeves when needed.
You'll be overseeing a concise but critical scope: starting 17/08/2024, the CPC project will run for approximately two weeks, wrapping up by 03/09/2024, while the Temple Street job involves 3-4 days focused on data and power installations to floor boxes.
This role blends leadership with hands-on involvement, ensuring smooth, safe, and timely delivery.
