My client in the Bacup area is looking to add an experienced Assembly / Production Operative to their team. They manufacture a range of products for multiple industries, and the role involves working across different stages of the production process.

The Role

  • Working on various production and assembly machinery
  • Feeding raw materials into machines
  • Operating lifting equipment and general production machinery
  • Performing basic quality checks and testing
  • Assembling, packing and labelling finished goods for dispatch
  • Order picking and packing
  • Dressing raw castings (cutting aluminium castings, grinding, drilling, tapping, minor assembly)

Hours

Monday to Friday 08:00-16:45

Experience Required

  • Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in plastics is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work safely and follow production processes
