We\’re looking for a confident, detail-driven Insurance Account Handler, supporting childcare providers across the UK with expert advice, underwriting and first-class service.

What You\’ll Be Doing

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. You\’ll be:

  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients

     

  • Helping customers understand their insurance needs in a clear, friendly way

     

  • Underwriting risks within our delegated authority

     

  • Managing the full insurance cycle – new business, renewals, MTAs

     

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with accuracy and care

What We\’re Looking For

To hit the ground running, you\’ll need:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C / 4-9) including Maths & English

     

  • 2+ years\’ experience in commercial insurance

     

  • Strong communication skills

     

  • Excellent attention to detail

     

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

     

  • A willingness to learn and grow
