With a large proportion of work coming from a long-standing key client, you'll be working on a consistent flow of office fit-out and refurbishment schemes up to 2m, giving you the chance to focus on winning and delivering quality projects rather than chasing opportunities.
As Estimator, you'll take ownership of multiple tenders and enquiries, working closely with clients from initial site visits through to project handover.
This is a highly visible role that requires confidence, commercial awareness and the ability to build strong relationships while managing a busy workload.
The Role Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Managing a high volume of enquiries and two-stage tenders.
Attending site visits to scope works and meet clients.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Working alongside Project Managers to ensure smooth project handovers.
Supporting and mentoring a Junior Estimator.
Collaborating closely with the Operations & Commercial Director.
About You Ideally 5+ years' estimating experience within office fit-out.
Comfortable managing multiple tenders simultaneously.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Confident in client-facing situations.
Organised, proactive and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
