The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major new-build and refurbishment project of a public sector building. The company has already been on site for approximately 8 months and is now progressing onto the next phase of the works. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

- General site management and coordination
Required Tickets & Qualifications
Candidates must hold:
- SMSTS
- Black CSCS Card
- Fire Warden
- Asbestos Awareness
- First Aid
- Temporary Works qualification/experience
Previous experience managing new-build and refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
Interview & Start
Interviews are available ASAP via Microsoft Teams, with the Director and Assistant Project Manager. The successful candidate will be required to start ASAP.
