Hours of Work:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 2:00pm

We are currently recruiting Manufacturing & Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing business specialising in corrugated cardboard and foam packaging solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Working as part of an established team, you will play a key role in producing, assembling, and preparing high-quality packaging products for customers across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating manufacturing and production machinery.
  • Working with corrugated cardboard and foam materials.
  • Assembly, packing, and finishing of packaging products.
  • Quality checking products to ensure company standards are met.
  • Press Operating - working to specifications.
  • Assembly work and gluing foam based products.
  • Supporting warehouse and production operations.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Following all company Health & Safety procedures and policies.
  • Assisting with general production duties as required.

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good level of physical fitness.
