We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works within a tenanted unit, ensuring smooth delivery, strong communication, and high-quality standards throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations within a live, tenanted environment
  • Coordinating trades and ensuring works progress to programme
  • Reading and interpreting drawings confidently
  • Overseeing suspended ceiling works, general builders' works, and installation of new doors
  • Carrying out minor works where required
  • Maintaining site safety, compliance, and clear communication with stakeholders
