Long-term opportunities with potential permanent roles. Due to continued growth, our client based in Trafford Park is recruiting Food Production Operatives. If you're looking for ongoing work within the food manufacturing sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading raw poultry processor supplying major food service and retail markets. We are looking for multiple experienced Production Operatives to join the team in their busy production department.

Key Duties Include:

  • Loading raw poultry onto production lines
  • Cutting poultry to customer specification (manual cutting may be required)
  • De-boning poultry when instructed
  • Weighing and packing processed products ready for dispatch
  • Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Carrying out additional tasks as directed by the department manager

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a temperature-controlled food manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills
  • A good level of written English
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
