The predicted salary is between 22 - 24 £ per hour.

Location: Banstead

Pay: From £22.50 - £24 per hour

Shifts: 07:45-20:00 or 19:45-08:00

Availability: Flexibility for alternate weekends required

About the Role of Registered Nurse:

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a warm, professional team in a modern care setting. Whether you are newly qualified or experienced, you will be supported to grow your clinical skills and develop your career.

You will oversee a defined area of the service, taking responsibility for clinical decisions and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating care within your designated area
  • Providing direct personal care to residents
  • Managing routine medication rounds and supervising safe administration
  • Responding confidently to emergencies
  • Acting as the named nurse for specific residents, completing assessments and updating personalised care plans
  • Building strong relationships with residents and involving them in decisions about their care
  • Ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation
  • Supporting, mentoring and guiding the wider care team

Requirements for the Registered Nurse:
