We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple Education FF&E refurbishment projects across Middlesbrough and Newcastle. This is a hybrid role, requiring some site visits but operating from the office in Stokely, Middlesborough with the remainder of your time focused on project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 4-5 refurbishment projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate project delivery from start to finish.
- Oversee refurbishment works including:
- Washrooms
- Classrooms
- Sensory areas
- Outdoor play areas
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor progress and maintain project documentation.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects.
- Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously.
- Valid SMSTS certificate.
- CSCS Black Card.
- First Aid qualification.
- Asbestos Awareness certification.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
