Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC laser cutting machinery to produce precision-cut metal components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and process work orders accurately
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members in cutting and fabrication areas
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental protocols
- Accurately complete shift records and materials usage logs
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in laser cutting or sheet metal operations
- Comfortable working with heavy materials in an industrial setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CNC processes; basic programming knowledge is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work rotating shifts
- FLT licence or overhead crane experience is advantageous
