An established contractor is seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to oversee the delivery of construction projects valued up to £12 million. The successful candidate will initially lead an Industrial Unit development in Merseyside commencing in September, before progressing onto future projects within the Hotels, Care Homes, and Commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from site setup through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and lead site meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering construction projects.
- Experience managing projects up to £12 million in value.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive programmes and manage subcontractor performance.
