Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team, focusing primarily on hotel fit‑out projects. The role is based in Altrincham, with travel to hotel fit‑out sites across the North West and occasional visits to Yorkshire regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage your own diary, conducting site visits for project reviews and updates.
- Oversee estimating duties, including tender negotiations and cost breakdowns for hotel fit‑out projects.
- Prepare client valuations, cash flow forecasts, and monitor project preliminaries with high accuracy.
- Ensure the timely recovery and valuation of variations and instructions for ongoing projects.
