This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with up to 4 years\' PQE to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team led by a highly experienced Partner. What You\'ll Be Doing
You\'ll be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including:
Acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
Drafting and negotiating contracts and lease agreements
Conducting due diligence on titles, planning, and environmental issues
Acting for lenders on secured lending transactions
Managing transactions from instruction to completion
Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal solutions
