Service Delivery & Compliance Supervisor Oldham £33,113 Full-time - 37.5 hours We're looking for a proactive, technically minded Service Delivery & Compliance Supervisor to help drive performance across a busy fire & security service operation. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, solving problems, and keeping service teams running smoothly, this role will suit you perfectly. What You'll Do Oversee reactive service calls from start to finish Make sure jobs are logged, prioritised and scheduled correctly Provide technical guidance on faults, parts and remedial actions Create and manage quotes for remedial works and upgrades Keep SLAs on track and improve first‑time fix rates Support PPM planning and ensure documentation is uploaded on time Lead, coach and support service coordinators and planners Handle escalations and keep service delivery moving Contribute technical input to tenders and new contract mobilisation What You'll Bring Strong knowledge of fire and/or security systems Experience in service delivery, coordination or technical support Confidence preparing quotes and analysing costs Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills Ability to work within SLA-driven environments Strong communication and stakeholder management A proactive, organised and customer‑focused mindset Nice to Have Experience supporting tenders or bids Knowledge of industry standards (BS 5839, NSI, etc.) Familiarity with service management/CAFM systems Previous supervisory experience
