We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a successful team delivering larger-format office and corporate fit-out projects across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager who is at the right stage of their career, has a strong track record of delivering sizeable projects, and is looking to continue developing within a collaborative and forward-thinking business.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major office fit-out projects, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality and within budget. The ideal candidate will have genuine on-site project delivery experience, rather than a background that is primarily academic or office-based.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • 8+ years' experience working as a Project Manager within the construction or fit-out sector.
  • A strong background in office fit-out, particularly office and corporate client projects.
  • Proven experience delivering larger-format projects valued at £5m+.
  • A demonstrable track record of successfully managing sizeable, complex projects from start to completion.
  • Strong on-site experience and a practical understanding of project delivery.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with a genuine client delivery mentality.
  • A rounded profile, combining strong technical and commercial understanding with excellent communication skills.
  • A positive development attitude, with ambition to progress and take on further responsibility.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive, social working environment.
  • A strong understanding of programme, quality, health & safety, subcontractor management and commercial delivery.
  • North West-based, with the flexibility to work between office and site.

What We're Looking For

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who has built their career through hands-on project delivery and is now looking to take the next step within a business delivering high-value, high-profile office fit-out schemes. If you have a proven track record of delivering £5m+ office fit-out projects, enjoy working closely with clients and teams, and are looking for a role where your experience and development are genuinely valued, we’d be keen to hear from you.
