This role would suit an ambitious Senior Contracts Manager, Associate Director, or existing Contracts Director looking to take the next step in their career within a highly respected business that offers genuine long-term progression and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping project delivery across the company. The Role Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will oversee multiple projects and lead a sizeable operational team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up, remain visible on projects and provide support to teams both in the office and on site. Key Responsibilities Oversee the successful delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects. Lead and manage a team of: Project Managers Contracts Managers Site Managers Contracts Administrators Quantity Surveyors Review project performance, programmes, and commercial performance. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to operational teams. Attend project sites regularly to monitor standards and project progress. Work closely with senior management to drive business performance and growth. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Requirements Proven experience in a Contracts Director, Associate Director, Senior Contracts Manager, or similar leadership role. Strong commercial fit-out and refurbishment background. Excellent industry knowledge and understanding of project delivery. Experience managing multiple projects and large operational teams. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance strategic responsibilities with hands-on operational involvement. What's on Offer?
