Step into a pivotal role with our expanding Manchester office, part of a well-established Main Contractor delivering quality residential developments along with façade and remediation projects across the UK.

As a Document Controller, you will be the backbone of document management, ensuring seamless control, accuracy, and compliance of all project documentation.

Your expertise will maintain order and efficiency within Viewpoint for Projects (Vf P) and Field View systems, guaranteeing project workflows align with industry standards and ISO 19001 protocols.

Collaborating closely with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders, your coordination will support timely reviews, approvals, and transmittals, contributing directly to project success.

  • Required Skills
  • Proficient experience with Viewpoint for Projects (Vf P) is essential.
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities to liaise across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Basic understanding of ISO 19001 standards.
