We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and manage a small team. The successful candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Working Hours: 07:30am - 16:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a production team of up to 10 staff
- Allocate daily tasks and assist with production duties when required
- Ensure production orders are completed in line with KPI targets
- Set, monitor, and maintain team goals, standards, and performance targets
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across the shift
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Lead by example on the shop floor and provide ongoing support to the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
- Previous experience managing teams of up to 10 staff
- Strong understanding of production processes and KPI-driven environments
- Ability to complete paperwork and administrative tasks alongside hands-on duties
- Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
